‘Over in Gowanus, the Holiday Inn on Union and the pricey Hotel Le Blue on Fourth Avenue won’t be alone for long. There are plans for at least seven new hotels in the area, including a Choice Hotel at 611 Degraw between Third and Fourth Aves. and a Fairfield Inn at 181 Third Ave. and Butler Street. There’s even a Super 8 planned for Third Ave. and President Street.’
